When I order the new camera and kits from this company, they did not send the product in OEM box with US warrenty. The product was received in a plain box with no warranty for the camera and len. I order a high speed memory card, but received a normal memory card. When I retured the product, they charged me 15% restocking fee. But there is nothing to re-stocking. The customer service line has long waiting time. The person who answered the phone does not want to help you to fix the problem. Don't order anything from them!!!!

Great price on the GPS system I wanted. Best Buy had the same thing for $200 more! I was a little worried because the price was very low but it was just as described.I got the shipment very fast too which was great since I wanted it for a croos country trip.Thanks guys!

this website is a excellent example of internet ordering went wrong. Don't put yourself through the stress.
I tried to order a GPS for a Chrismas present which costs about $800.
They will first let you know there is some issues that you need to contact them.
when you call them, they will say that they won't be able to send it out tommorow (1 air day express shipping) if you don't buy the warranty that they offer. They start with $300 and decrease the price, also add some more ridiculous gifts until you agree to pay for the warranty.
If you still say NO, they say that they won't be able to send the item that you order out until couple weeks later.
If you want to cancel, this is what you get:"YOU HAVE TO FLY TO CHICAGO, TALK TO SOMEONE, THEN FLY TO A DIFFERENT PLACE, TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE...AFTER THAT YOU MIGHT GET YOUR ORDER TO BE CANCELED."
SHOCKED???????
IT'S TRUE. SO DON'T MAKE YOUR LIFE HARDER
