Ordered a Panasonic PV-GS250 camcorder on-line. Received instant e-mail with order confirmation. Later that day I received another e-mail letting me know my order had shipped and it included a FedEx tracking number. Delivery of order was within 2 days (super, since shipping was free!). I did alot of research before picking an on-line vendor. There was no phone call to 'confirm the order', no delays, just great service.
