Cons I bought an extended service warranty -- and needed it, but it took 10 months, countless phone calls to remind the store that my camera was still out of service and in repair, and at last someone just admitted they'd lost track of it, and gave me store credit. As a professional photographer, a nightmare. They've also got a "price match" policy that has more loopholes than you can believe. |

I ordered a camera for next day delivery and did not receive it. Upon contacting the support center, the company provided nothing but excuses and was unable to provide any solutions. Needless to say, I would not order anything from this company via their website. Call to confirm all orders and hope to find a knowledgeable representative.
