Review: Overall this product is superb from samsung and I strongly recomend despite a few cons. The product is lighter than it looks and yet the build if very impressive. the most significant thing anouth this product is the smooth curvy design suitable for girls and boys of most ages.
Pros: Its very small and compact with five gigs of memory.
The colour lcd is very vibrant.
Cons: The file transfer is very annoying as I have to use wma 10. Also the battery could be better.

Review: I just got this and i wont lie this is great I furued it out right away. The best thing is that you can down load things with out a pc you can download things off your stereo with a cd,casetand even a raido
Pros: This is so great i just go it it is so easy to navagate on this it is just great!
Cons: Thier is nothing wrong with this at all.

Review: Do not bother, get the ipod. The worse product SAMSUNG has at this time. No viable software available through their website, no response from customer service e-mails, hard to figure out, etc. A TERRIBLE product.

Review: Bought one (defective)-got replacement-hard drive crashed in 2 weeks-sent to cus. serv. Been over 2 months and still have not receive repaired unit nor have I been offered a replacement. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK. I HOPE NO ONE ELSE THROWS AWAY THEIR MONEY ON THE USELESS UNIT. I AM BUYING AN IPOD AND WILL GIVE THIS UNIT AWAY IF AND WHENEVER I GET IT BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Pros: Price
Cons: Inferrior product.

Review: I think this item is similar to an ipod mini, with the pros list above. For those who are having trouble downloading the music or is worried, read below and you doubt should be resolved:
You can actually download music without using Napster. Just (1) treat it as a harddisk and download the files to the default music folder; (2) Use the recovery utility and choose rebuild library. Then you will be able to listen to all the music. For those who want to use Napaster, you can download the standard software and then choose not to pay (or use the trial then cancel, really easy). The one problem with Napster: I am chinese and they don't read chinese file names well.
Pros: I bought it very cheap, and I think it's smaller and lighter than the Ipod mini. The LCD is useful if you like to use it to view photo. Music quality is quite good. The chargable battery is okay, the only downside if that if you're on for a long bus ride (3+ hrs) you cannot use replacement batteries
Cons: The download system is difficult to use.
